CD3000S (1-2-3PH)

CD3000S is a low cost family of solid state relay , designed to replace the contactors
Thyristor phase and three phase up to 700A for use with resistive loads

• Switching Zero crossing signal with a logic input (SSR) and constant power consumption
• Heater Break Alarm (HB) for the diagnosis of interrupted load or short circuit in the thyristor
• Side by side mounting
• Special heat sink design for a high cooling

CD3000M (1-2-3PH)

CD3000M thyristor is digital unit and universal, configurable via serial communication port for power and calibration.
Thyristor single phase 1PH up to 700A , 2PH-phase star or delta connections for up to 700A, 3PH Unit  three-phase  for star loads up to with neutral 500A.

• Universal Firing customer configurable via serial port: Zero Crossing (1-2-3PH), Single Cycle (1PH)
  Burst Firing, Delayed Triggering (1PH) and Phase Angle (1PH).
• Soft Start can be used in combination with Phase Angle and Burst Firing use with resistive loads.
• Heater Break Alarm (HB) for the diagnosis of interrupted load or short circuit in the thyristor
• Microprocessor circuit fully isolated from power

Designed to drive single-phase transformers, inductive and resistive loads up to 700A

• Angle (PA) firing with Soft Start
• Configurable Analog Input isolated
