<p>La <strong>stazione ferroviaria</strong> e il <strong>centro</strong> <strong>storico</strong> di Parma sono a dieci minuti d&#8217;autobus, gli imbocchi delle <strong>autostrade</strong> sono a pochi chilometri.</p>
<p>Vicino ai <strong>tre</strong> <strong>ingressi</strong> ci sono <strong>6000</strong> <strong>posti</strong> <strong>auto</strong> e si arriva a 9000 con un parcheggio scambiatore. Tutto è gestito in modo da consentire <strong>rapidità</strong> in <strong>ingresso</strong> e in <strong>uscita</strong>.</p>

A1 da Milano o A15 da La Spezia: esci a Parma Ovest e dirigiti all’ingresso Ovest.<br />
A1 da Bologna: esci a Parma e dirigiti all’ingresso Sud.<br />
<strong>In aereo</strong><br />
Gli aeroporti di Milano Linate (120km) e “Marconi” di Bologna (90Km) sono facilmente raggiungibili in meno di un’ora dal complesso fieristico di Parma. Milano Malpensa e l’aeroporto di Verona si distanziano per poco di più. L’aeroporto “Giuseppe Verdi” di Parma è adiacente alla struttura fieristica ed ha collegamenti con diversi aeroporti nazionali.<br />
<strong>In treno</strong><br />
La stazione ferroviaria di Parma si trova lungo l’importante direttrice Milano – Roma e tra gli interscambi delle linee ferroviarie che servono tutto il Nord Italia.</p>
<p><strong>Bus da Parma al polo fieristico</strong><br />
Il bus è un servizio gestito dal comune di Parma e pertanto NON è gratuito.</p>
<p>In concomitanza con la manifestazione sono previsti collegamenti ogni 30 minuti tra il centro città (via Mazzini), la stazione ferroviaria e l&#8217;Ente Fiere di via Baganzola.</p>
<p>Il servizio bus è attivo SOLO durante i giorni di manifestazione fieristica. Il biglietto ha il costo di una corsa urbana ed è acquistabile presso edicole, tabaccherie o a bordo con il pagamento di un sovrapprezzo.<br />
La fermata in Fiera è situata presso la rotonda adiacente all’ingresso Sud (ex centro).</p>

<p>PLAST è fra le più importanti fiere al mondo per l’industria delle materie plastiche e della gomma e si svolge a Milano ogni tre anni.</p>

<p><strong>PLAST 2018 è aperto ai visitatori e al pubblico pagante, da martedì 29 maggio a venerdì 1 giugno 2018, dalle ore 9.30 alle ore 18 senza interruzione.</strong></p>

<p style="font-weight: 300;">La quasi totalità dei regolatori proposti dispongono, oltre alla regolazione PID, anche della funzione di auto-tuning che permette di calcolare automaticamente i parametri di regolazione.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">La gran parte degli strumenti a microprocessore offre la possibilità di utilizzare, come segnali di ingresso per la regolazione della temperatura, oltre alle classiche sonde a termocoppia o a termo resistenza (RTD, Pt100), anche i segnali analogici in corrente (0:20mA o 4:20mA) o in tensione (0:10V).<br />
Alcuni termoregolatori sono provvisti dell’ingresso per trasformatore amperometrico, che rende possibile la diagnostica sul carico, ovvero di determinare anche se oltre alla resistenza è guasto il fusibile a protezione del carico o dell’unità statica. In alcuni modelli di controllori della temperatura è possibile verificare se il relè statico è in corto circuito.<br />
Entrambe le diagnostiche possono essere mostrate sul display o essere comunicate tramite porta seriale, bus di campo o semplice contatto in uscita di allarme.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">I <a href="https://www.cdautomation.com/it/products/termoregolatori-industriali/">termoregolatori</a> offerti da CD AUTOMATION sono generalmente provvisti di una uscita principale, che nella maggior parte dei casi è dedicata al controllo di un attuatore per il mantenimento della temperatura impostata. Quando si deve mantenere una temperatura ambiente o superiore si ha una funzione di riscaldamento, mentre quando la si deve abbassare si parla di una refrigerazione.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Quando si riscalda o si raffredda si ha una zona di termoregolazione a singolo intervento. Vi sono casi in cui è necessario si riscaldare, che raffreddare, questo è il caso delle zone a doppio intervento (Heating&amp;Cooling), in questo caso oltre all’uscita principale se ne usa una secondaria che attiva il raffreddamento quando necessario. Le uscite dei regolatori sono generalmente a Relè, SSR o Analogiche (4:20mA o 0:10V). Vi è poi il caso delle valvole motorizzate, che aprono e chiudono una valvola con due uscite relè. In molti controllori di temperatura è possibile anche trovare ulteriori uscite per segnalare allarmi (Relè) o per ritrasmettere una o più variabili di processo con un segnale analogico. Da tempo anche i termoregolatori di fascia media hanno adottato sia la comunicazione seriale RS485 con protocollo Modbus RTU.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Grazie alla comunicazione, specie in presenza di molte zone di regolazione è possibile centralizzare i dati su di un pannello operatore, su di un PC Industriale o trasferire alcuni dati al PLC se presente. I termoregolatori sono integrabili anche all’interno di un sistema dotato di bus di campo, che pone come suo fulcro principale un PLC o un DCS. In alcuni termoregolatori sono integrati i più diffusi bus di campo quali Profibus, ProfiNet e altre forme di comunicazione come il Modbus TCP, si tratta nella maggior parte dei casi di regolatori da retro quadro con attacco a guida din o di termoregolatori con display grafico con attacco a pannello. Anche i regolatori più semplici dotati di seriale possono essere collegati ad un network basato su bus di campo tramite dei moduli esterni.</p>
<h2 id="regolazione-PID-ON_OFF" style="font-weight: 300; color: #00918e;"><b><strong>Regolazione PID e ON-OFF</strong></b></h2>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Con la regolazione ON-OFF si ha un controllo molto semplificato, lento e sensibile alle oscillazioni causate da eventi improvvisi (ad esempio l’apertura di una porta in un forno, l’oscillazione della tensione di rete in un riscaldamento elettrico). In un riscaldamento l&#8217;uscita si trova in ON per temperature più basse del valore impostato (set point) mentre è in OFF per temperature più alte.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Nella storia della regolazione, successivamente all’ON/OFF si sono introdotte maggiori sofisticazioni fino ad arrivare alla regolazione di tipo PID.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Alcuni regolatori di temperatura presentano la sola gestione del proporzionale: in questo caso si vuole togliere l&#8217;isteresi della temperatura sull&#8217;elemento riscaldante caratterizzata della regolazione ON-OFF. L’utente imposta due temperature (banda proporzionale) che includono il set-point dove la regolazione della temperatura è effettuata in modo continuo in base ad un tempo chiamato ciclo proporzionale (duty cycle) nel quale variano i tempi di ON e di OFF dell&#8217;uscita di regolazione. Questo tipo di regolazione permette di avere una temperatura stabile pur essendo in presenza di differenze minime tra set e misura, contenendo le oscillazioni.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Aggiungendo alla Proporzionale la regolazione derivativa, in caso di variazioni rapide della temperatura impreviste, si rientra molto più velocemente alla temperatura di setpoint.</p>
<h2 id="regolazione-PID" style="font-weight: 300; color: #00918e;"><b><strong>La Regolazione PID</strong></b></h2>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">PID sta per Proporzionale, Integrale e Derivativo.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Il controllo PID fornisce ai termoregolatori una variazione continua dell&#8217;uscita all&#8217;interno di un meccanismo di retroazione del circuito di controllo per controllare con precisione il processo, rimuovendo l&#8217;oscillazione e aumentando l&#8217;efficienza.</p>
<h2 id="funzionamento-regolatore-PID" style="font-weight: 300; color: #00918e;"><b><strong>Come funzionano i Regolatori di temperatura PID?</strong></b></h2>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Laddove viene utilizzato un controllo proporzionale per ridurre al minimo la caratteristica di oscillazione del controllo on / off, il controllo PID passa questo bit per ridurre gli errori e fornire precisione e stabilità in un processo. Lo fa utilizzando l&#8217;azione integrale e le azioni derivate per eliminare gli errori di deviazione del controllo e per gestire i movimenti rapidi del processo. Tutti e tre i termini PID devono essere sintonizzati in modo appropriato per i requisiti applicativi per ottenere il miglior controllo.</p>
<h2 id="Regolatori-PID-Digitali" style="font-weight: 300; color: #00918e;"><b><strong>Regolatori PID Digitali</strong></b></h2>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Per un alto livello di controllo, spesso vengono utilizzati i regolatori PID Digitali. Questi tipi vengono tipicamente come Regolatori di Temperatura PID o Regolatori di Processo PID e possono essere strumenti singolo, doppio o multi-loop (multi zona)</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">La regolazione PID viene utilizzata per una varietà di variabili di processo come: Temperatura, Flusso e Pressione. Tipicamente, in applicazioni impegnative quali i processi di trattamento termico industriale, forni e forni utilizzano i Termoregolatori PID, nonché nel settore scientifico e del laboratorio dove la precisione e l&#8217;affidabilità sono essenziali per la qualità di un&#8217;applicazione di controllo.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;"><em>Auto-tuning</em>: la funzione di auto-tuning permette al termoregolatore, tramite un ciclo di autoapprendimento, di calcolare automaticamente tutti i valori ottimali dei parametri dell&#8217;azione &#8220;PID&#8221; in base alle caratteristiche dell&#8217;elemento da dover riscaldare.</p>
<h2 id="regolazione-temperatura" style="font-weight: 300; color: #00918e;"><b><strong>Regolazione della temperatura: usare termoregolatori PID o la logica di tipo Fuzzy</strong></b></h2>

Questo tipo di funzione è possibile trovarla nei termoregolatori di ultima generazione" width="312" height="158" srcset="https://www.cdautomation.com/wp-content/uploads/fuzzy-logic-temperature.jpg 312w, https://www.cdautomation.com/wp-content/uploads/fuzzy-logic-temperature-70x35.jpg 70w, https://www.cdautomation.com/wp-content/uploads/fuzzy-logic-temperature-100x51.jpg 100w, https://www.cdautomation.com/wp-content/uploads/fuzzy-logic-temperature-300x152.jpg 300w" sizes="auto, (max-width: 312px) 100vw, 312px" /></a>In alcune applicazioni industriali, come i processi di stampaggio a iniezione, è richiesta una regolazione della temperatura molto precisa e rapida ed una risposta immediata ai disturbi con un minimo di sovraccarico e di sovrapposizione nei cambiamenti del setpoint. In questo caso il  tradizionale controllo proporzionale-integrale-derivato (PID) non può soddisfare queste performances elevate.<br />
Tra le metodologie per la realizzazione di un regolatore di temperatura ad alte performance vi è quella dell’utilizzo di una regolazione di tipo fuzzy logic.</p>
<p>I principi della logica fuzzy sono stati conosciuti tra gli ingegneri per più di 50 anni. La <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuzzy_logic" target="_blank" rel="noopener">regolazione fuzzy</a> (ovvero la logica fuzzy nel ruolo di un sistema di controllo) diventa attraente soprattutto per i microcontrollori più piccoli, perché questa tecnica richiede meno potenza computazionale e richiede meno memoria operativa rispetto alla compensazione PID convenzionale. Per questo motivo già a partire dagli anni 90’ si è diffusa anche sui modelli da 1/16 Din di termoregolatore di fascia media-alta (ricordiamo le precedenti serie Fuji PXV4 e PXR4 o la West N6400 e N8200). Ad oggi troviamo questa logica nella maggior parte dei regolatori Fuji Electric (PXF4-PXF5-PXF9) .ed in alcuni modelli West (N6400).</p>
<p style="font-weight: 300;">Il controllo fuzzy nella sua forma di base simula un processo di controllo dell&#8217;uomo. Una persona regola il potere applicato ad un elemento riscaldante in base alla deviazione temporanea della temperatura dal valore di riferimento e la velocità della modifica della temperatura (o derivata dell&#8217;errore di regolazione). L&#8217;intero processo è governato più da un senso, che dalla conoscenza del suo comportamento fisico o matematico: sono la deviazione della temperatura e il tasso di cambiamento di temperatura elevato, basso o medio? Il controllo fuzzy funziona esattamente con gli stessi stati del processo variabili.</p>
<h2 id="regolazione-PID-vs-Fuzzy" style="font-weight: 300; color: #00918e;"><b><strong>Regolazione PID o Logica Fuzzy?</strong></b></h2>

<p class="landing">L&#8217;Unità a Tiristore è un semiconduttore che si comporta come un interruttore ed è costituito da due tiristori in antiparallelo.</p>

<p class="landing">Ogni tiristore è come una valvola che conduce soltando quando sono soddisfatte le seguenti condizioni:</p>

<p class="landing" style="color: #000000;">Per realizzare un interruttore da utilizzare con la corrente alternata è necessario collegare due tiristori in antiparallelo. E&#8217; importante comprendere che il tiristore non funziona con una tensione di alimentazione a corrente continua. Il tiristore che si trova in stato di conduzione non si ferma dal condurre sino a quando la tensione arriva a zero. Tutto ciò accade anche quando si rimuove il segnale sulla porta ( gate ) dopo averlo acceso.</p>

<h3><b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Segnale sulla Porta (Gate) ON quando la tensione non è zero</span></b></h3>
<p class="landing">Quando L1 è positivo la corrente fluisce nella direzione A solo se il segnale sul Gate è ON.<br />
Ora immaginiamo di applicare un segnale sul gate quando la tensione non è zero:</p>

<p class="landing">Come è possibile intuire dall&#8217;immagine, modificando l&#8217;angolo di accensione (firing angle) θ si può ottenere anche un carico di tensione variabile (<a href="https://www.cdautomation.com/products/thyristor-power-controller/"></a>scr power controller).</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h3><b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">PROTEZIONI SULLA TENSIONE<span></span></span></b></h3>
<p class="landing">Per la protezione transitoria da sovratensioni vengono utilizzati snubber e varistori  mentre fusibili a semiconduttore ad alta velocità con una I2t specifica vengono utilizzati per non danneggiare l&#8217;SCR. Vi è inoltre la possibilità, con dei portafusibili e fusibili esterni, di interrompere il circuito dai 15 ai 110 A in unità monofase, e dai 15 ai 55 A nelle unità bifase e trifase. Oltre questo valore le unità saranno dotate di fusibili interni. CD Automation offre l&#8217;opzione H.B. che tramite un circuito di diagnostica a microprocessore idetifica rotture parziali o totali del carico ed inoltre vi è la possibilità di allarme SCR in cortocircuito.<br />
&nbsp;</p>
<h3><b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">PROTEZIONE SULLA CORRENTE TRAMITE FUSIBILI</span></b></h3>
</p>
<p class="landing">Un guasto di corrente può verificarsi anche in seguito ad un corto circuito nei collegamenti esterni. I Tiristori, a causa della loro piccola massa termica, hanno una capacità di sovraccarico molto limitata rispetto ai motori, trasformatori ecc. per questa ragione l&#8217; I2t del fusibile deve essere dimensionata ad un valore inferiore all&#8217; I2t del tiristore. La protezione da sovraccarico è demandata ad un sensore di sovraccarico termico montato sul dissipatore in modo tale da limitare automaticamente il tiristore quando la temperatura potrebbe danneggiare l&#8217;unità. Per proteggere l&#8217;unità non basta utilizzare un commutatore perché la sua velocità di apertura del circuito è troppo lenta e il tiristore si danneggerebbe in caso di corto circuito.</p>

<h3><b><span style="text-decoration: underline;">VANTAGGI DELLE UNITA&#8217; THYRISTOR</span></b></h3>
<p class="landing">I vantaggi delle unità a Tiristore (anche chiamate Thyristor Power Controller, SCR Power Controller) a confronto dei contatori elettromeccanici sono numerosi:</p>
<ul class="landing">
<li>Non ci sono parti meccaniche in movimento</li>
<li>Il Thyristor offre una soluzione affidabile e a lungo termine</li>
<li>Possiede una velocità di commutazione molto rapida</li>
<li>La vita di un Tiristore può variare dai 5 ai 10 anni, tutto ciò dipende da quanto il tiristore viene stressato. La vita normale di un contattore è di 1,5 milioni di operazioni che può essere anche raggiunta in pochi mesi.<br />
Esempio: Immaginiamo un forno con contattore pilotato da un regolatore di temperatura con un tempo di ciclo di 20 sec. Al 50% della richiesta di potenza è di 10 sec. ON + 10 sec. OFF.<br />
Questo vuol dire che il contattore si accende ogni 20 secondi , considerando un giorno lavorativo sui 3 turni (24 ore) ne consegue che la vita media di un contattore è la seguente:<br />
1 Ora = 180 commutazioni del contattore<br />
1 Giorno = 180 x 24 = 4820 commutazioni<br />
Calcolo della Vita = 1.500.000 (vita normale di un contattore) / 4.820 commutazini = 347 Giorni.<br />
Questo significa che ogni anno i contattori devono essere sostituiti con relativi costi di lavoro e di fermo produzione.</li>
<li>Miglior controllo di temperatura per la sua maggior velocità di commutazione e precisione nel controllo della potenza. Conseguente risparmio economico dovuto alla riduzione degli sprechi di potenza.</li>
<li>Miglior qualità perché è in grado di mantenere costante la temperatura senza fluttuazioni.</li>
<li>Aumento della vita degli elementi riscaldanti proprio per l&#8217;alta velocità di commutazione che elimina gli stress termici.</li>
<li>Ridotti costi di manutenzione dell&#8217;unità a tiristore e per la ridotta sostituzione degli elementi riscaldanti.</li>
<li>Protezione degli elementi termici e delle parti costruttive della fornace o della macchina con limitatore di corrente e di potenza per poter restare all&#8217;interno di limiti specifici.</li>
<li>Riduzione dei costi in quanto è possibile stabilire quanti carichi elementari devono essere accesi allo stesso tempo questo per limitare i picchi di richiesta.</li>
<li>Possibilità di monitorare tutti i carichi dalla sala controllo attraverso un bus di comunicazione, una funzione disponibile sulle unità a tiristore di CD Automation.</li>
<li>Possibilità di diagnosticare, attraverso collegamento seriale, i guasti sugli elementi riscaldanti o sulle unità a tiristore.</li>
<li>La comunicazione può essere utilizzata per controllare il set point della potenza e per monitorare i valori di tensione, corrente, potenza e per monitorare lo stato del carico. Programmi preimpostati sono anch&#8217;essi disponibili attraverso comunicazione digitale.</li>
</ul>
