One of our fundamental objectives is the protection of personal data.
Data shall be processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary, accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date, collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and following the provision of consent where required.
Data are processed in such a way as to ensure adequate security of personal data, including protection, by appropriate technical and organisational measures, against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage (integrity and confidentiality).
We will inform you in the event of any substantial changes to this Privacy Policy and the related data processing, as well as of any different functionalities and technical features, leaving you free to decide whether or not to continue using our services.
By contacting by e-mail at privacy@cdautomation.com, Data Subjects may ask the Data Controller for access to the data concerning them, their deletion (unless national or Union law provides for the retention of such Data), the rectification of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 of the GDPR, as well as the objection to processing in cases of legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
The data controller shall provide the data subject with information regarding the request to exercise the data subject’s rights (pursuant to Articles 15 to 22, GDPR) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than one month after receipt of the request, as provided for in Article 12 of the GDPR.
Data subjects also have the right, where the processing is based on consent or on contract and is carried out by automated means, to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to transmit them (Right to Portability) to another data controller without hindrance, and if they so choose, to request their permanent deletion (Right to be forgotten).
Data subjects have the right to withdraw their consent at any time for marketing purposes by objecting to such processing. This is without prejudice to the possibility for the data subject who prefers to be contacted for the aforesaid purpose exclusively by automated means, to express his/her objection only to the receipt of communications by traditional means or vice versa, including the possibility, in the case of automated means, to object to one or more contact methods (e.g. SMS) in preference to other contact methods among those provided for (e.g. only E-Mail).
Where the processing is based on consent for one or more purposes (Art. 6(1)(A) GDPR) and for the processing of special data (Art. 9(2)(A) GDPR), the exercise of revocation of consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before revocation.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State where they habitually reside or work or in the State where the alleged infringement occurred.
