Fill out the form with all the requested information:
- Give us indication related to the unit on which you are requesting assistance:
- Order code (indicated on the label on the side of the unit)
- Serial Number (indicated on the label on the side of the unit. If not available plese write “NA”)
- Indicate in detail the type of application and the reason for the assistance:
- Software Configuration
- Hardware Configuration
- Attach documentation: picture or document that can help to explain better the reason of the request
After filling out the form, a ticket will be created and you will receive the credentials via email to access your technical assistance portal where you can communicate directly with our technicians and see at any time the status of your ticket and all the tickets opened with us.
However, you will be able to communicate with our assistance even without going through the assistance portal, via email by replying to the emails of our technicians.
