The CD86 thermoregulator controller, in compact 48×96 mm (1/8 DIN) format, offers a large alphanumeric display that provides exceptional visibility in any industrial environment. This crisp screen not only clearly displays process variables and alarms, but also allows the display of scrolling text messages, including status updates, events and useful online help tips.

An extended keypad with 8 programmable keys allows specific functions to be defined. This feature allows operators to quickly access repetitive or complex operations directly from the front panel, greatly simplifying interaction with the device.

Equipped with a universal analogue input and a versatile combination of digital and analogue outputs, the CD86 also supports the management of motorised valves with open-close control functionality. Its alarm and diagnostic options are numerous, offering comprehensive and reliable process management.

In addition, the controller can handle cycles and profiles with up to 12 segments, providing advanced operational flexibility.

In terms of connectivity, the CD86 is equipped with an RS485 serial interface and supports the Modbus RTU protocol. This makes it compatible with the TU series fieldbus modules, further expanding the possibilities for integration and control within industrial systems.
